how we handle your returns
I want you to truly love your item when you receive it. My pictures are always as detailed as possible but colors may vary slightly. Please keep in mind that most of the items in my store are natural products and handmade pieces. Variation in color, shape, and detail may occur (but are also the reasons why I love natural stone). I will always do my absolute best when matching up materials to give you the closest look as possible.
If you think your item was lost in the mail:
If it has been more than 3 weeks for the USA and more than 6 weeks for international, I will send out another piece (if I have them in stock) at no charge. If I am out of stock, I can offer a full refund after the 3 or 6 week time period has passed.
If the item arrives broken:
Provide a picture of the broken piece so that I can begin working on sending another FREE OF CHARGE. If I have that item in stock, I will send out another immediately upon receipt of the broken piece. I will cover the cost for you to return the broken item completely free of charge (either through PayPal or with a credit to my store). If I do not have another in stock, I can offer you a full refund.
If the item breaks with normal wear:
Please let me know the circumstances under which the piece broke and provide a picture so that I can prevent the same from happening again. Depending on the circumstance, you can send it back for repairs FREE OF CHARGE. I guarantee my pieces because I believe life happens and that my jewelry will stand the test of time.
If I change my mind:
I try my absolute best to include photos for size and I provide measurements in inches, centimeters, and millimeters in my descriptions. Understand that colors will vary from stone to stone. If you are totally unsatisfied with your purchase, due to THIS reason, I can offer you an exchange for anything of equal or lesser value from my shop or a store credit for the amount you paid.
Can you return items?
If for some reason you do not love your piece (except for custom orders), I will accept returns within 14 days of purchase (this does NOT include nose rings due to health codes). After 14 days, I can offer up to a 50% refund which will be determined on a case-by-case basis (depending on material, shipping, availability, etc.).
